Paul Sanchez *Happy Hour Concert Series* featuring Paul SanchezPaul Sanchez is a New Orleansbased singer-songwriter, guitarist, and producer whose career spans more than four decades in the citys vibrant music scene. He gained national attention as a founding member of the folk-rock band Cowboy Mouth, helping define their energetic sound before launching a prolific solo career rooted in sharp storytelling and deeply personal songwriting. Blending rock, folk, and Crescent City soul, Sanchez has become known for his heartfelt lyrics and commanding stage presence.Beyond performing, Sanchez is an accomplished composer and collaborator, creating acclaimed musical works including Nine Lives: The Musical of Cat Stevens and The True Story of the Neville Brothers. Our July open mic and writing workshop!!!! It’s our🌹ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY🌹 We will be at @xroads.cafe again 🌻🩷 Sign up at 6, mic at 6:15. You will have 3-5 mins depending on how many readers we have. There will be a short writing exercise after. Please bring your own journals and pens. There is no drink minimum but we encourage you to purchase drinks or snacks at the cafe and/or consider donating $5 so we can continue to hold space for community events like this. 🩷 FPP is a safe space for expression. We host poetry open mics, writing workshops, and form community. We believe if flowers can still grow from concrete, human beings can still create art from their adversities 🌻.
