Step behind the scenes at Ball Arena and discover what it takes to operate one of the busiest sports and entertainment venues in North America. Home to the NBA's Denver Nuggets, NHL's Colorado Avalanche, NLL's Colorado Mammoth, and a wide variety of concerts and special events, Ball Arena provides guests with a unique look at the inner workings of a world-class arena. During this approximately 90-minute guided walking tour, guests will explore exclusive areas not typically accessible to the public, including premium suites, the Michelob ULTRA Mountain House, the arena bowl, backstage hallways, production and broadcast areas, and other operational spaces throughout the venue. Depending on availability, guests may also have the opportunity to visit team locker rooms, view the Avalanche hallway, or see the Nuggets practice court (if available). Throughout the experience, guests will learn about the history of Ball Arena, major sporting events and concerts hosted at the venue, and the game-day operations that bring events to life. Tour guides will share insights into event production, security, guest experience, premium hospitality, broadcasting, facility management, and the many departments that work together to create memorable experiences for fans and guests.
