Uncover the history of one of New York City’s oldest and most culturally diverse neighborhoods! This walking tour explores how both everyday buildings and places of historical significance reflect and shape a community. Together, trace the transformation of the area from its origins as the Native American Lenape village of Werpoes Hill to the vibrant Chinatown it is today. Walking tours leave promptly from the main lobby at 215 Centre Street, NY, NY 10013. They are best for children ages 12 and up. Tickets include admission to the museum before and/or after your tour. Tickets: $25/adult, $20/adult 55 & up, $20/student (with valid ID), free for children under 5. MyMOCA Members receive one free walking tour per year.
