Bring your lawn chairs, blankets, and loved ones to Las Colonias Amphitheater for this free, family-friendly concert. The Las Colonias doors will open at 5:00 PM on August 22. Music kicks off at 6:30 PM with a performance by the Grand Junction Centennial Band, followed by the full Grand Junction Symphony Orchestra featuring the Western Colorado Chorale at 7:30 PM. The program will feature a vibrant mix of patriotic favorites, pops hits, and timeless classical pieces, performed by the region's finest musicians. Come hungry and support the arts at our guilds on-site fundraiser, Brats in the park You can enjoy delicious, freshly grilled bratwurst and hot dog meals with all proceeds benefiting the symphony. Additional food trucks and beverages will be available for purchase at the event. Oscar Rossignoli Honduran-born pianist Oscar Rossignoli folds many traditions into his music, from his classical music formation to his passion for Latin and North American jazz. Hes currently based in New Orleans and works with some of the citys best jazz musicians, including John Boutt, Jason Marsalis, Gladney, Amina Scott, Yusa and more. He has also established his reputation in various bands, including the EXTENDED trio with Matt Booth and Brad Webb, and by leading his own quartet and trio. Oscar earned a Masters degree at the University of New Orleans, where he was named the 20152016 ASCAP Louis Armstrong Scholar and was a finalist in the 2018 Ellis Marsalis International Jazz Piano Competition. Shows at 7:30pm & 9:30pm Doors at 7:00pm & 9:00pm Restaurant is Open 5pm - 10pm for dinner before or after your showtime:Advance Ticket Holders can now automatically make dinner table reservations for the Dining Room online via OpenTable.com !Advance Ticket-Holders can also make table reservations for dinner in the Restaurant next door by Emailing reservations@snugjazz.com after your tickets have been purchased online for the Music Room. This special performance begins with a live recreation of Their Greatest Hits (1971 to 1975) in its entirety. The band will also perform a full set of Eagles favorites from the years that followed, including songs from legendary albums such as Hotel California, The Long Run, and Long Road Out of Eden.
