Making money as a creator shouldn't feel like a black box. In this session, we're pulling back the curtain on how creators actually turn an audience into income, from the first paid post to the moment your DMs need an actual system behind them.
Join us for a candid conversation on which revenue streams are real vs. which just feel like they should be, what it actually takes to get paid before you hit some magic follower number, and when a side hustle needs to become a real operation with real hires. Whether you're a creator looking for your next revenue stream or an operator trying to figure out how to work with creators well, come!!

This panel is built to feel like office hours, not a keynote. AND THERE'LL BE [FOOD/DRINKS — TBD] 🍕, plus a round of bingo to close out the night and get everyone actually talking to each other 🎉
You'll walk away knowing:
- Which revenue streams are actually durable vs. just a spike (brand deals vs. affiliate vs. owning your own product vs. live/social commerce)
- Whether you really need a certain follower count before you can start charging, and how to price different kinds of work
- What breaks first when your audience outgrows your DMs, comments, and customer service, and what to actually do about it
- How to invoice clients, keep your books straight, and do your banking before you're running a business out of five different apps
Hosted by Wati
Wati is the conversational growth platform over 16,000 businesses use to turn a flooded DM inbox across Instagram, WhatsApp, RCS, and soon TikTok into an actual sales and support channel. If you've ever watched your comments explode after a post goes viral and had no plan for the "price??" tsunami that followed, Wati catches it, automates the reply, and gets the customer to checkout without you touching your phone at 11pm.
